All our rooms are well appointed and of similar sizes. All rooms have a private en-suite shower / wc room, TV, hairdryer and hot drink making facilities.
Harbourview rooms:
These double and twin rooms face directly into the harbour with the water literally feet from your window. Facing toward the east they get the morning sun and offer the perfect position to just sit back and watch the boats moving about the harbour.
Garrison Shore View room:
This double room is situated on the southwest corner of the building and looks across the water to the Garrison and Star Castle on the hill above, and has views out towards the western approaches. The sea is literally feet from your window across the quays main thorough fair. This room as with the standard rooms below also looks on to the working area of the quay.
Standard rooms:
These rooms all face to the west and so bath in the evening light. They offer glimpses of the sea out over the working storage area of the quay. As these rooms look directly on to the working area of the quay there is noise from the day to day running of the quay. This is largely restricted to day light hours on unloading days which are Saturday, Tuesday and Thursday and rarely before 7:30am. These rooms are offered at a competitive rate.
As we are on a working quay there will be associated noise from the day to day running or the quay. This noise may be the ferries (80 persons) or fishing boats coming and going alongside the quay or the lapping of the water against the harbour wall. The noise is predominately restricted to the day and for most people this is all part of their holiday experience
Tariff
The Harbourside is now offering bed & breakfast only accommodation. All rates are per room per night and inclusive of breakfast (based on max 2 persons per room).

A deposit of £50.00 per person is required to confirm your reservation. Provisional bookings will only be held for four days.
Deposits are not refundable if the reservation has to be cancelled.
Accommodation is reserved on the understanding that in the event of a cancellation the following charges will be payable for any accommodation that is not re-let over the reservation period.
Cancellation 48 hours prior to arrival: 75% of full tariff rate payable.
Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to arrival: 100% full tariff rate payable.
We will endeavour to make every effort to re-let the accommodation on your behalf.
Due to the Scilly’s unique location travel insurance is strongly recommended. An insurance form, specifically for travel to Scilly, will be sent out with the confirmation of your booking. Should you have another insurance policy please ensure that it covers travel delay due to weather.
