SUP is the fastest growing water sport discipline in the world.

Its great fun and very easy to pick up the basics. It requires very little previous experience but with a little guidance and encouragement to start with then you will master the basics very quickly but above all safely.

We have been using and hiring SUP’s on Scilly for 10 years. In 2017 we became the only BSUPA (British SUP Association) recognised training school with qualified instructors in the islands.

We offer  quick introduction sessions or full BSUPA courses.
